Handcrafted from panels and slats of multilayered durable plywood, reinforced with tubular steel support, enveloped in a highly resilient polyether foam at 34 kg/m³ – 6.3 kPa, providing a strong and stable underlying structure.

Filling:
Nomade-Express is hermetically filled with the curated blend of Bultex® foam in varying densities and firmness levels, carefully designed to gently adapt to your body while remaining resistant to breakdown for a lifetime:

First layer: 48 kg/m³ – 3.6 kPa
Second layer: 36 kg/m³ – 1.4 kPa
Third layer: 26 kg/m³ – 1.25 kPa
