3.5 Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods:

3.6 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify the prices of products listed on the Website at any time, provided that prior notice is given. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed before the price adjustment.
3.7 Price Accuracy
We strive to ensure that all prices displayed on the Website are accurate and up-to-date. However, in the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected orders prior to delivery, even if the order has been confirmed or payment has already been processed.
An obvious pricing error (hereinafter “Pricing Error”) refers to a mistake that is apparent and would reasonably be recognized as incorrect by an average customer. Examples include, but are not limited to:

- A price that appears clearly disproportionate to the product’s features, quality, or intended use (e.g., a premium sofa priced at €1).
- A technical error on the Website leading to incorrect price display (e.g., missing digits or misplaced decimal points).
If your order is affected by a Pricing Error, we will promptly notify you, provide an explanation, and issue a full refund. For details on refunds, refer to Section 6.9: “Refunds”.
For other circumstances that may result in order cancellation, please refer to Section 6.7: “Order Cancellation on Our Behalf”.
3.8 Security and Compliance
3.8.1 PCI DSS Compliance
Our Platform Provider is certified as Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, the highest standard of compliance for organizations handling credit and debit card information. This compliance automatically extends to our Website, ensuring your payment data is protected at all stages of the transaction process.
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a globally recognized security framework designed to safeguard cardholder data and minimize fraud risks. It mandates strict measures, including encryption, access controls, and regular security testing, to protect sensitive payment information.
Shopify maintains compliance through:
- Annual on-site assessments to validate adherence to PCI DSS requirements.
- Continuous risk management and monitoring of systems to mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
These measures ensure that your shopping experience on our Website remains secure and reliable. For more information on Shopify's PCI compliance, please refer to their compliance reports, available at Shopify Compliance Reports.
3.8.2 SOC (Service Organization Control) Compliance
To ensure the highest levels of security and reliability, our Payment Provider undergoes regular third-party audits and has been issued SOC 2 Type II and SOC 3 reports. These Service Organization Control (SOC) reports certify that Shopify meets independent standards for the security and availability of its services.
3.8.2.1 SOC 2 Type II Compliance
SOC 2 Type II is particularly significant for its focus on the security and integrity of payment processing systems. Key aspects include:
- Verifying that sensitive data, such as payment details, is encrypted both during storage and transmission to prevent unauthorized access.
- Ensuring that only authorized personnel can access sensitive information, minimizing the risk of internal misuse or breaches.
- Confirming that payment transactions are complete, valid, accurate, and properly authorized, ensuring a seamless and error-free payment experience.
- Identifying and mitigating potential vulnerabilities or breaches in real time, ensuring robust protection against evolving threats.
3.8.2.2 SOC 3 Reporting
The SOC 3 report provides a general overview of Shopify’s compliance with security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy standards, serving as an added layer of transparency for our customers.
3.8.3 SSL Encryption
All data transmitted between your browser and our Website is protected using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, easily identifiable by the padlock symbol in your browser’s address bar and the "https://" prefix in the URL. SSL creates an encrypted link that safeguards sensitive data—such as your payment details and personal information—by preventing unauthorized access or interception during transmission.
3.9 Payment Issues
At Ligne Roset Estonia, we strive to ensure smooth and secure payment processing for all transactions. However, it is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete payment details during the checkout process to prevent delays or errors in transaction processing.

Inaccurate or incomplete payment information may lead to:
- Delays in processing your order.
- Rejection of the transaction by your payment provider.
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your order and payment details.
3.9.2 Use Secure Internet Connections
We strongly recommend making online payments through secure and private internet connections (e.g., a home network). Avoid using public Wi-Fi networks or untrusted devices, as they may pose security risks.
3.9.3 Use Secure Device
Ensure that the device you use for payments is secure, with up-to-date software, antivirus protection, and a trusted browser. Avoid sharing your payment information or storing sensitive details on shared or public devices.
3.10 Fraud Prevention
For security purposes, our Payment Provider may conduct additional checks or flag certain transactions as suspicious. Orders flagged as potentially fraudulent or placed using automated ordering software may be subject to:
- Delays
- Additional verification
- Cancellation
In such cases, we will contact you to confirm the order details and verify the legitimacy of the transaction. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order deemed suspicious or unverifiable. After this initial period, the responsibility for proof will shift to the guilty party:

9. COLOR DISCLAIMER
Please note that while every effort is made to display product colors as accurately as possible, the actual colors of the products may vary due to factors beyond our control. Differences in display settings and resolution on electronic devices may cause slight color variations, and the appearance of colors can also be influenced by the lighting conditions under which they are viewed, whether natural or artificial. Ligne Roset Estonia cannot guarantee that the colors seen on-screen or in printed materials will precisely match the actual product. For accurate color selection, we recommend visiting our Showroom or requesting fabric and material samples prior to purchase.
10. MATERIAL VARIATIONS
All material images provided by Ligne Roset Estonia, whether online or in printed materials, are intended for illustrative purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, the actual appearance of materials may vary due to several factors inherent to the manufacturing and production processes, including:
- Texture and Finish Differences:
- Variations in texture and surface finish are common, particularly for natural materials such as leather, wood, marble, or fabrics.
- These differences may include grain irregularities, slight roughness, or unique patterns resulting from the material's natural characteristics.
- Color Inconsistencies:
- Slight discrepancies in color, shading, or tone may arise due to variations in dyeing, weaving, or finishing techniques.
- Batch production processes may also result in minor differences between products produced at different times.
- Lighting and Perception Factors:
- The way materials are perceived can be influenced by the surrounding lighting conditions (e.g., natural vs. artificial light), which may differ from those used in photography.
Ligne Roset Estonia cannot guarantee that the materials seen on-screen will precisely match the actual product. For precise material selection, we recommend visiting our showroom or requesting samples prior to purchase.
